Nes Gutman is the founder of Angels Bark Dog Rescue. In many ways, starting the rescue was the natural result of a lifetime of helping homeless dogs. Born and raised in Istanbul, with its large population of stray dogs, her affinity with dogs and passion for saving homeless dogs
Alan S. Gutman is one of the main reasons Angels Bark Dog Rescue exists today. He suggested starting a non-profit organization after seeing his wife’s passion for helping dogs and since then, has been inspired and guided by her devotion and commitment to rescuing these incredible creatures. While Nes and Alan have fostered 100’s of dogs in the past 10 years, ultimately finding them wonderful homes, they also have several rescues which have become part of their family.
Apart from helping Nes with ABDR, Alan is a trial lawyer with his own law firm in Beverly Hills, California, prosecuting and defending high-stakes cases for individuals as well as publicly and privately held companies, with and against some of the top firms in the country. Representing leading members of the entertainment, media, real estate, technology and other business sectors, as well as fiduciaries and beneficiaries, his firm has repeatedly and consistently secured successful results for more than 25 years.
Alan is grateful that some of that success has enabled him to support Angels Bark Dog Rescue.
