Thank you for considering adopting a dog from Angels Bark Dog Rescue (ABDR)! Your information will remain confidential and used only as part of the ABDR Adoption program.

This application is NOT a commitment to adopt. These questions are designed to assist ABDR with matching a potential adopter with a suitable dog for their living situation and lifestyles. The adoption fee for all adult dogs (over 6-months old) will be $400. The fee for puppies under 6-months of age is $650. In addition to being microchipped and groomed, all dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and receive flea medication prior to adoption pickup. Adoption fees only partially reimburse ABDR for the investment that we make in each dog's care. We thank you for taking the time to fill out this application andyour time and support!

The ABDR requirements for out-of-state adoption are:

The dog needs to fly on a direct flight or the adopter must come to Los Angeles and drive back with the adopted dog. If the flight option is selected, the adopter needs to cover the costs of an airline-approved crate, a health certificate and flight expenses. The flight reservation needs to be done by the adopter.
The adoption fee for out-of-state adopters is $200.
